For this reason, we offer a warranty for specific products to ensure your comfort.   <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Warranties typically cover manufacturing issues. They may include repair of the product, subject to the conditions described:    <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>How do you know if your product has a warranty?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To make sure your product has a warranty from the workshop, follow the steps below: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Visit the product page on our website.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Look for warranty information in the product description.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">If the product includes a warranty, the duration of the warranty will be clearly displayed. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Warranty and coverage terms:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The workshop provides a warranty on selected products to ensure customer satisfaction. For the terms and conditions of your product warranty, please refer to the warranty information in the product description.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>For kitchens:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kitchen products are not eligible for returns and have a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects through the workshop. Please note that kitchen products must be prepaid to complete the order. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Warranty information and details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The warranty period varies according to the product.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Please refer to the warranty information in the product description<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The warranty is only valid if stated in the product description The warranty generally covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Usually excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs by the manufacturer, or defective installation by an unauthorized technician<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Special conditions for furniture:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Furniture warranties require the furniture to be installed by the workshop and the product to remain in the original delivery location.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What the warranty doesn&#8217;t cover:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The warranty does not cover damages that result from the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Misuse: Such as improper use, overloading the product, or using it for purposes for which it is not intended <\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Accidental damage: Such as spills, stains, tears, and scratches. <\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Unauthorized repairs: Any repairs made by unauthorized persons <\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">  Gradual wear and tear from normal use.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Installation defects: For furniture. The warranty does not cover installation defects that occur when the product is installed by an incompetent person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to use the warranty:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The workshop provides a warranty on selected products for your convenience and to use the warranty. Please follow these steps<\/p>\n<p>within 30 days of receipt: If you experience any issues within the first 30 days, please see our Return Policy for more details.<\/p>\n<p>After 30 days with warranty: Contact the workshop&#8217;s customer service to start the warranty policy.
