1. Shipping Policy<\/h3>\r\n

At\u00a0ELKING<\/b><\/span>, we are committed to providing a clear and reliable delivery experience for every customer.<\/p>\r\n

Once your order is placed, our team will contact you via\u00a0phone, WhatsApp, or email within 3 business days<\/b><\/span>\u00a0to confirm the order details, delivery location, and final shipping cost before processing the order.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

2. Delivery Time<\/h3>\r\n
\r\n

The estimated delivery time is\u00a015 to 20 business days<\/b><\/span>, depending on the product type, production schedule, order quantity, and delivery location.<\/p>\r\n

Custom-made or made-to-order furniture may require additional time depending on the design, materials, and production requirements. The customer will be informed of the expected delivery timeline before order processing.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

3. Shipping Fees<\/h3>\r\n
\r\n

Shipping fees are calculated based on several factors, including:<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n
  1. Delivery location<\/li>\r\n
  2. Product size and weight<\/li>\r\n
  3. Number of items in the order<\/li>\r\n
  4. Floor level<\/li>\r\n
  5. Availability of elevator access<\/li>\r\n
  6. Any special handling requirements<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    The final shipping cost will be confirmed with the customer before the order is processed.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

    \r\n

    4. Floor Delivery Policy<\/h3>\r\n
    \r\n

    Standard delivery includes delivery up to the\u00a0second floor only<\/b><\/span>, provided that the product can be safely carried through the building entrance, stairs, or elevator.<\/p>\r\n

    For deliveries above the second floor, an additional floor delivery fee will apply.<\/p>\r\n

    The additional charge is usually between\u00a0EGP 50 to EGP 150 per extra floor<\/b><\/span>, depending on the product size, weight, number of items, and delivery difficulty.<\/p>\r\n

    Customers will be notified of any additional floor delivery charges before delivery.<\/p>\r\n

    Please note that deliveries to the\u00a0third floor and above<\/b><\/span>\u00a0are subject to additional charges, even during free shipping offers.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

    5. Free Shipping Offers<\/h3>\r\n
    \r\n

    Free shipping offers, when available, apply only to standard delivery conditions.<\/p>\r\n

    Free shipping does not include:<\/p>\r\n

      \r\n
    1. Delivery above the second floor<\/li>\r\n
    2. Difficult access locations<\/li>\r\n
    3. Oversized or heavy products requiring special handling<\/li>\r\n
    4. International shipping<\/li>\r\n
    5. Additional labor or carrying requirements<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

      Any extra charges will be confirmed with the customer in advance.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

      6. Return Policy<\/h3>\r\n
      \r\n

      Customers have the right to inspect the product carefully upon delivery.<\/p>\r\n

      If the product has any visible damage, manufacturing defect, or mismatch with the product description, the customer must report it immediately at the time of delivery. In this case, a return or replacement request may be accepted after inspection and confirmation by ELKING.<\/p>\r\n

      Returns are free only at the time of delivery if a confirmed manufacturing defect, visible damage, or mismatch with the product description is found.<\/p>\r\n

      Once the customer accepts the product after inspection and the delivery is completed, any later return request will be subject to ELKING\u2019s return conditions and applicable fees.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

      \r\n

      7. Return Conditions<\/h3>\r\n
      \r\n

      The following return conditions apply:<\/p>\r\n

        \r\n
      1. Custom-made furniture is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.<\/li>\r\n
      2. Home d\u00e9cor items may only be returned if they are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.<\/li>\r\n
      3. Bedding, textiles, mattresses, and similar items cannot be returned once opened or used.<\/li>\r\n
      4. Products that have been used, modified, assembled, installed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.<\/li>\r\n
      5. Returned items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and documents.<\/li>\r\n
      6. Products showing signs of use, stains, scratches, misuse, or damage may not be accepted for return.<\/li>\r\n
      7. ELKING reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the return conditions.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
        \r\n

        8. Return Fees After Delivery<\/h3>\r\n
        \r\n

        If a customer wishes to return a product after receiving it, regardless of the reason for the return and subject to the company\u2019s prior approval, the customer will be responsible for the full\u00a0two-way transportation cost<\/strong>. This cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.<\/p>\r\n

          Cairo and Alexandria:\u00a0EGP 650 each way<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0EGP 1,300 round trip<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

          Dakahlia, Damietta, and Ismailia:\u00a0EGP 500 each way<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0EGP 1,000 round trip<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

        • \r\n

          Monufia:\u00a0EGP 1,500 each way<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0EGP 3,000 round trip<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

        • \r\n

          Ain Sokhna:\u00a0EGP 3,000 each way<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0EGP 6,000 round trip<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

        • \r\n

          Areas extending from El Gouna to Safaga, from El Hammam to Marsa Matrouh, and from Beni Suef to Minya:<\/p>\r\n

            \r\n
          • \r\n

            Pickup truck:\u00a0EGP 5,000 each way<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0EGP 10,000 round trip<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

          • \r\n

            Large truck:\u00a0EGP 18,000 each way<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0EGP 36,000 round trip<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

            The appropriate vehicle will be determined based on the product\u2019s size and collection location. The final return fees will be confirmed before arranging the product collection.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

            \r\n

            9. Important Return Note<\/h3>\r\n
            \r\n

            Returns are free only at the time of delivery if a confirmed manufacturing defect, visible damage, or mismatch with the product description is found.<\/p>\r\n

            If a return is requested after delivery, even within 14 days, return shipping fees will apply unless the product is confirmed by ELKING to have a manufacturing defect.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

            \r\n

            10. Refund Process<\/h3>\r\n
            \r\n

            Returned products may take up to\u00a0one week<\/b><\/span> to arrive at ELKING\u2019s warehouse, depending on the customer\u2019s location.<\/p>\r\n

            Once the returned product is received, please allow up to\u00a02 business days<\/b><\/span>\u00a0for inspection and return processing.<\/p>\r\n

            After the return is approved, refunds may take\u00a03 to 7 business days<\/b><\/span> to reflect on the customer\u2019s credit card, bank account, or ELKING account.<\/p>\r\n

            For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued to the customer\u2019s ELKING account or through another approved refund method.<\/p>\r\n

            Refunds are issued based on the condition of the returned product after inspection.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

            \r\n

            11. Warranty Policy<\/h3>\r\n
            \r\n

            All ELKING products come with a 1-year warranty<\/b><\/span>\u00a0against manufacturing defects.<\/p>\r\n

            The warranty does not cover:<\/p>\r\n

              \r\n
            1. Glass and mirrors<\/li>\r\n
            2. Damage caused by customer misuse<\/li>\r\n
            3. Damage caused by incorrect installation by the customer or a third party<\/li>\r\n
            4. Damage caused by improper handling, cleaning, or storage<\/li>\r\n
            5. Scratches, stains, burns, broken parts, or accidental damage<\/li>\r\n
            6. Normal wear and tear<\/li>\r\n
            7. Any modification made to the product after delivery<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
